During this session, participants will examine clear differences between traditional discipline structure and brain-aligned discipline principles. This time will provide opportunities to explore Cooperative vs. Coercive Discipline, rewiring neural connections, and creating resilient minds. There will be moments for discussion and questions as we each examine where our belief in discipline currently lies, as well as resources to reframe our traditional practices.
